The Enabling Technical & Analytics (ET&A) team operates as part of QRM for providing support through technology and analytics to the QRM team. A high-performing Analyst is needed to advance the implementation of strategic platform and tool enablement.

The Enabling Technology and Analytics (ET&A) search team requires a full-time Analyst with self-motivation and creative thinking skills to perform functional testing tasks. The position demands a candidate who can serve as an expert and learn new products quickly, and participate throughout requirements definition and testing stages, from documentation to test design to stakeholder-led user acceptance testing. The applicant should already possess experience with automated testing.

Work you’ll do

• The testing process includes the implementation of system testing in combination with performance testing and regression testing, and smoke testing.
• The team needs to review requirements while developing test scenarios which will be implemented during different testing stages: unit, system, integration, functional, performance, and regression testing.
• As part of the UAT team organization, you will receive functional support to lead test planning efforts while building test cases alongside user coordination and status tracking until deadline completion and testing excellence achievement.
• Team-determined testing procedures need to be followed by all members.
• Join design reviews to give detailed feedback about requirements alongside product design and details of potential problems.
• Organize system improvements by investigating automation practices among others. The individual possesses the capability to develop test scripts that automate testing procedures.
• The team receives assistance from the technical staff for identifying and triaging defect root causes.
• The team should use release retrospectives to generate better tests for upcoming cycles.
• The team assists with creating automation tests and performs maintenance functions on these tests.
• This individual works together with others to assist in carrying out ET&A team priority work while executing ad hoc duties when required.
• The team must provide support and develop strategies for enhancing processes that improve business connections and corporate effectiveness continuously.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in technical field.
• 0-3 years relevant work experience.

• The candidate should demonstrate working skills in Word, along with Excel and PowerPoint within the Microsoft Office platform.
• The candidate possesses knowledge of Agile software implementation approach.
