Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates from 2024 & 2025 can apply for this position.
- Candidates must have 60% & above in 10th, 12th, and their degree.
- Graduates should not have a backlog or ATKT.
- Maximum 2 years of educational gap.
- The candidate should not have any other signed Apprentice program Contract.

Role Description
- You will work with professionals to gain experience and exposure to building processes, application development, and cutting-edge technologies, and assist in building innovative, powered solutions.
- Shortlisted candidates will be assigned to various functions, jobs, or BUs. The candidate will be given hands-on exposure that will enable them to become critical resources.
- Collect knowledge and develop skills in motor vehicle operations, comprising performance, subsistence, Supply Chain Management, attribute, manufacturing planning, and automotive elements and aggregate building.
- Build technical knowledge in the academic community through exposure to industrial work.
- Improve Knowledge, Skill, and Attitude by building awareness on production Planning Processes, Production management, preservation activity, Part procurement, and Quality management systems.
- Develop understanding and performance skills in problem-solving.
- Revelation of cross-functional working.
- Constant Learning: Stay revised with industry trends, emerging engineering, and best exercises through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
