Job Description

As a Quality Associate, you will serve as support for address decision, geocoded correction, map updates, driver assist, static route management, and other operational works that are related to the Transport process and maximization. Your efforts will have a direct impact and significant impact on Amazon clients’ experience.

You should be a quick learner and can manage the work as overlapping tasks, which are very important to your success. The ideal employee will have the chance to mention high-level differences in production issues that often will require strong coordination among various stakeholders and support groups, giving the candidate a wide perspective on the business.

Basic Roles and Responsibilities

Obey Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to execute manual checks and solve the outliers or exceptions, including through domestic tools and systems.
Examine images or videos and recommend actions in accordance with SOPs.
Pay attention to client calls, translate text from calls, and respond to emails when needed to resolve issues.
Detect patterns rising from audits and give feedback to process or program developments.
Give timely responses to co-workers on work-related tasks as per SOP and SLA.
Manage the data of day-to-day work by giving trackers or workflow tools.
Work on the business metrics and goals, including SLA, productivity, quality, and utilization benchmarks.
Figure out performance metrics and develop them to drive business goals.
Operate in a collaborative work environment and assist in the growth of the respective team or program.
Develop a world perspective and comprehend the nuances of the different geographies in which Amazon operates.
Be flexible to participate in various programs as per business requirements.
