Job Description
Employee will take responsibility for providing technical support to Cognizant clients, including problem-solving and resolving IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of their computer systems and IT facilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will be the POC in the Tech support for end-users reporting IT problems.
Analyse, track, and resolve issue tickets effectively and within a defined timeline.
Rectify hardware and software problems to decrease downtime and disturbance.
Actively collaborate with internal stakeholder teams to intensify and resolve difficult scenarios.
Built and managed a knowledge base to get quick resolutions.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates from 2025 and 2026 from BCom, BCA, BSc, BA, BBA, B.Voc, BMS, etc are eligible to apply.
Graduates must have academic data with a minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG.
Graduates pursuing a degree with no standing arrears.
Candidates who applied for re-evaluation will be considered with the initial results score declared.
Candidates with standing arrears are not eligible.
Ready to work from any Cognizant location and any shift timing, and technology is mandatory.
