Roles & Responsibilities
- You will work alongside experienced developers on real-time projects and contribute to the software development life cycle.
- Draft clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving software issues.
- Contribute to code reviews, learning sessions, and team brainstorming activities
- Continuously enhance the candidate’s technical skills and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Support the team in implementing best practices and maintaining code quality.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. / MCA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline; 2023 or 2024 graduates are eligible to apply.
- Must have a strong foundation in programming, with a focus on frontend (JavaScript, React.js, HTML, CSS) or backend development (Node.js, Express, MongoDB/PostgreSQL).
- Exposure to Git, REST APIs, and debugging tools in modern development environments.
- For professionals with 6–24 months of experience: ability to take end-to-end ownership of features, draft production-grade code, and communicate technical ideas clearly
Preferred Skillsets
- Prior internships, freelance projects, or professional work experience in software or web development.
- Exposure to agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative team.
- Enthusiasm for learning new tools and solving technical challenges.
