Job Role: Junior Management Trainee
Job Location: Siruseri, Chennai
CTC: INR 5.00 Lakhs Per Annum
Graduates from 2026 eligible to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Process data from different sources to create weekly or monthly performance dashboards.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose “Lean” or “Agile methodology solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Must have the skill to turn raw data into an actionable Professional summary using Excel or BI tools.
- Proven track record of leadership in college fests, sports, or internships.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly between different types of tasks.
- Develop and deliver compelling decks to senior stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with team members on projects and tasks as assigned, along with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a two-year full-time MBA program focused on business management or a related field.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% or 6.00 CGPA
- Must have strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Must work well in a team environment and be able to collaborate effectively with others.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
