Role Overview
The Junior Developer position is part of the EPM Tier-1 support function. The selected candidate will provide first-level operational support for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications.
Daily work will include keeping track of application health, reviewing and routing support tickets, resolving standard requests, and assisting with production support activities. Structured training will be provided, with the associate gradually taking responsibility for recurring operational work.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor EPM applications along with scheduled jobs to identify operational issues.
- Review incoming tickets, determine their priority and severity, and assign or escalate incidents as appropriate.
- Resolve recurring support requests by following established documentation and procedures.
- Carry out regular operational and maintenance activities associated with the applications.
- Investigate basic issues through initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Escalate incidents that require advanced investigation to Tier-2 or Tier-3 support teams.
- Keep ticket information current and maintain accurate records of support activities.
- Work in accordance with defined SLAs, support procedures, and operational standards.
- Take part in knowledge transfer sessions and build functional and technical understanding of the EPM environment.
- Help maintain documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with production deployments and perform post-deployment validation when required.
Shift and Work Location Requirements
Candidates must be willing to work night shifts for one to two weeks each month.
This is an office-based position, and employees are expected to work from the office. Exceptions for women employees working night shifts may be provided in accordance with the HR policy.
