Job Overview
Wipro is looking for fresh graduates to join its Bengaluru team as Associate Content Moderators. This position involves examining sensitive online content, applying platform policies, and making appropriate moderation decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Examine online content that may include graphic, violent, sexual, abusive, hateful, derogatory, or otherwise inappropriate material, including illegal acts, death, and tragedy.
- Assess sensitive content carefully and take appropriate action in accordance with the applicable moderation policies.
- Follow the procedures and guidelines established by the business while reviewing content and making decisions.
- Manage assigned tasks with a strong sense of responsibility and work effectively with minimal supervision.
- Take part in wellness activities designed to support employees working with sensitive content.
- Apply analytical thinking and logical reasoning when evaluating content and determining suitable moderation actions.
- Maintain professionalism and maturity when exposed to inappropriate or distressing online material.
