Wipro is hiring fresh graduates for the Testing Trainee position in Coimbatore. The role involves working with Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System and supporting configuration and testing activities based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities
The selected trainee will be involved in configuring and testing Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration System (TBA System).
Key activities include:
- Configuring the TBA System according to client requirements.
- Using proprietary systems and tools to set up tables and parameters.
- Carrying out testing activities based on requirements identified through analysis.
- Supporting the delivery of configured solutions for client needs.
Technical Skills Required
Applicants should have an understanding of the following areas:
- Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and concepts.
- Ability to work with simple and complex SQL queries.
- Capability to write intermediate-level SQL queries.
- Good understanding of software testing concepts.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Communication Skills
Good communication ability is required for this position. Candidates should be comfortable with:
- Verbal communication
- Written communication
- Listening and understanding information effectively
Eligibility

- B.E.

Service Agreement
Selected candidates will be required to complete a 12-month service agreement.
