You will join a highly collaborative analytics team that partners with product development, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver data-driven solutions that directly impact business processes.
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will collect, analyze, and change large, high-quality record sets from different sources.
- Develop and manage dashboards and visualizations using Tableau / Power BI / Looker.
- Organize exploratory data analysis (EDA), find trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Design and elevate A/B tests, perform statistical analysis, and create predictive reports.
- Work with other stakeholders and cross-functional teams to transform business questions into analytical models.
- Make sure high-quality records, accuracy, and a high level of security are maintained across pipelines and reporting layers.
- Find a document and communicate recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders according to the technical writing standard.
Qualifications
- Batch & Degree: 2025 or 2026 (B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, M.Tech, MBA Analytics, or equivalent).
- Specialization: Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or related discipline.
- Good knowledge of SQL and advanced-level Excel.
- Good knowledge of Python or R for records analysis.
- Exposure to statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.
- Great analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
Skill set
- Exposure to academic projects with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
- Good Knowledge of ETL concepts, record modelling, or tools like dbt/Airflow.
- Good to have a machine learning basics or product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
- Must have Internship or project experience in records analytics, BI, or related fields.
