April 5th, I went to a Zoho interview for a technical support engineer…..

I will share my interview experience

First round: Zoho technical support engineer

  • email writing round
  • They give us 10 MCQ regarding customer service
  • Then they gave 2 scenarios and asked us to write 2 emails
  • Over 200 people joined this round ( both freshers and experienced )
  • After 1.5 hrs, they announced the results….50 people were selected for the next level interview, including me

Second round: Zoho technical support engineer technical HR interview

In this round, they asked individually regarding old experience ( as I have 3+ years of experience )

  • 2 questions from networking (DNS, firewall )
  • CV-based questions
  • Why Zoho
  • Question regarding Zoho products ( What u know about Zoho and its products )
  • Good communication is a must
  • In this round, out of 50, only 15 people selected
  • I have also been selected in this round..

Third round: Zoho technical support engineer technical interview with the manager

The manager round will be the last round of the interview process.

  • In-depth details on previous experience
  • Why should we hire u
  • Explain any 3 Zoho products
  • Why did u choose Zoho
  • What’s your expected salary
  • Are u ok with night shifts 
  • Are u willing to relocate if needed
