Responsibilities
- Collaborate with respective stakeholders or teams to obtain dept knowledge of the product.
- Write clear, concise, and structured documents, Plan before executing end-to-end development.
- Gather information and organize it to write manuals that should be easily understood by everyone.
- Before publishing, review the content with the respective stakeholders and the editorial team.
- Evaluate each manual from the perspective of the audience view.
- whenever the updates are needed, revise the document once and provide the updates.
- Create clear, concise, publish SEO-optimized, relevant, original and compelling content.
- Good to have experience in writing articles, eBooks, infographics, User manuals, webinars, videos, etc.
- Good Social media marketing knowledge to promote the content.
- Analyze and measure the content effectiveness to improve the quality of the content.
