Job Description of ZOHO Hiring Technical Trainer

Create and conduct training classes on Zoho Books for teams made up of individuals, Chartered Accountants, professionals, students and businesses, both using online tools and face-to-face methods
Make sure to check the main modules in Zoho Books, for example, Chart of Accounts, Sales (Estimates, Invoices, Payments), Purchases (Bills, Expenses, Vendor Credits), Banking, Inventory Management, Projects, Time Tracking, Journals, and Reporting
Teach training materials and methods in a way that matches the learning needs of all employees, no matter what their abilities are.
Organize hands-on work, go over real-life cases, and have group discussions to help learn new things.

Evaluation and input

Examine how much the trainees have learned and collect their opinions to improve the programs used in training.
Give useful recommendations and keep helping until they start using the tool successfully

Reporting

Keep records that show the exact dates of training, the people who joined, and the opinions of your clients.
Prepare documentation on how well the training has succeeded and how happy clients are.

We seek a person who has the following abilities

Demonstrable familiarity with the main modules and complex aspects of AI
Good knowledge of essential accounting ideas, how to read financial statements, and methods of bookkeeping
The ability to communicate well in English and having basic proficiency in Hindi is helpful too.
Being Able to Lead: A good ability to present information, handle any challenges in the audience, and keep their interest
Using different Zoho applications on a regular basis.
The capability of making training videos that are excellent.
Requires many trips to different places.
