We want Technical Support Engineers who have worked in server and workstation support. You will be the person who plays a vital role in the resolution of problems for customers through calls, e-mails, chats, and remote sessions.
There will be technical compensation, understanding our products, so the process of resolving troubles becomes quite easy, and someone who can take action at their own risk in a rapidly moving environment.

Pre-requisites
- Knowledge of the concepts of modern IT management and ITSM.
- Experience working on Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, application and endpoint security, IT operations, support management tools, and basic networking fundamentals.
- Practical experience with products such as EDR, SOC, SCCM, Intune, AV, and Endpoint/Mobile Device Management would be beneficial.
- Well-developed written and verbal proficiency.
