Job Profile for Technical Support Engineer
- Servicing customer inquiries via phone, e-mail & chat on product features and facilities.
- Assist customers in helping them with simple troubleshooting, configuration problems, and complex technical problems in the product by closely working with the development team.
- Fast communication of requirement of the customers to the development team.
- We’re looking for someone with:
- Effective English oral communication skills.
- Good, intellective listening, and organizational skills.
- Great customer service skills and a high level of enthusiasm for providing a service to customers.
- Should be able to prioritise tasks and achieve all of the job requirements.
- Should be a self-starter who can work individually and as a team.
- Outstanding time Management, keenness, and multitasking.
- The capability to demonstrate a good attitude always.
Note
- This prerequisite is to work in the USA time zone – the candidates that will be chosen should be ready to work at night.
- 2026 This position is not open to graduates
- The Written Test process of the Level-1 interview will be conducted at Coimbatore. Venue, Date & Time will be notified a week before the test process. The place of work here will be Chennai.
