You will be a content writer at Zoho Corp., where you will create compelling and audience-driven content to increase the brand’s visibility, engage our audience, and drive meaningful interactions. The perfect candidate possesses a talent to tell stories, is comfortable in a high-paced workplace, and can create various content types.

Responsibilities:

Content Development: Develop quality content that is interesting, including articles, guides, e-books, webinars, and social media collaterals.
Teamwork: Work together closely with the internal team, such as product management and developers, in order to know the important messaging as well as how to translate concepts into a great piece of work.
Research: Do proper research on matters of the industry so as to come up with content that is very informed and insightful.
Search Engine Optimization: Compose content that is search-friendly to boost search results and generate organic traffic.
Social Media: write powerful social media messages and campaign content to connect and increase our online community.
Innovative Campaigns: write scripts and materials for videos, infographics, and other marketing campaigns.
Sales enablement: Prepare persuasive sales material to assist the sales teams and partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: 0–4 years of experience in content writing or a similar role.
Clearly, novelty and ingenuity: High storytelling and creative writing ability, and a sense of bringing interesting stories into being.
Technical Aptitude: Excellent understanding of complex technical ideas and the ability to develop simplified and relatable content across many audiences.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Knowledge: Knowledge on search engine optimization and best practices in an attempt to maximize the content.
Adaptability: Capacity to multitask on several projects simultaneously and meet timelines in a dynamic environment.
Communication: Good communication skills (written and verbal), and one is very proficient in English.
Tech-Savvy: No trepidation in using digital marketing tools, CMS platforms, and social media.
SaaS product experience and knowledge of the tech sector are welcome.
