Zenskar Hiring Implementation Engineer (Fresher)

Job Description

Zenskar is looking for an Implementation Engineer (Fresher) to support customer onboarding and records migration projects at Zenskar.

When a new customer signs up, their billing records (customers, subscriptions, contracts, usage records) need to be transitioned into Zenskar. The source systems are different every time. Some customers use tools like Stripe or Chargebee, while others may have records in spreadsheets or internal systems.

In this job, the candidate will work with Zenskar implementation and engineering teams to clean, transform, and migrate these records into Zenskar. Candidate will draft scripts, verify record accuracy, and assist in ensuring successful customer onboarding.

This is a hands-on technical job focused on scripting, APIs, and records processing.

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding Support

Help with onboarding new customers onto the Zenskar platform
Work with structured and unstructured billing records from different sources
Assist in configuring customer accounts, billing rules, and pricing structures
Verify transitioned records and ensure accuracy

Data Migration

Work on migrating billing records from platforms like Stripe or Chargebee
Clean and transform messy CSV datasets received from customers
Draft scripts to process and import records through APIs
Run validation checks to ensure record consistency

Automation and Tooling

Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive onboarding tasks
Enhance records validation workflows
Document migration processes and best practices

Problem Solving

Diagnose records inconsistencies and integration issues
Work closely with engineers to resolve technical problems
Assist in enhancing internal implementation processes over time

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Skills

Technical Skills

Basic programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language
Understanding of APIs and REST-based integrations
Familiarity with records processing and scripting
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Comfort working with CSV, JSON, and structured datasets

Nice to Have

Experience with APIs, scripting, or automation projects
Internship experience in backend development, records engineering, or implementation jobs
Familiarity with SaaS tools or billing systems
