Eligibility criteria for Wipro Elite hiring
- Should have 60 percent or above in 10th Standard.
- Should have 60 percent or above in 12th Standard.
- Graduation with 60 percent or 6.0 CGPA calculated by the respective university guidelines.
- Distance education or an open school is only allowed for the 10th and 12th standards.
Other criteria for Wipro Elite hiring
- A candidate should have more than one backlog at the time of online assessment.
- Candidates expected the clear the backlog before the 8th semester.
- Education GAP is common and it’s allowed between the commencement of 10th to graduation, only the period of 3 years not more than that.
- Graduation should be completed within the expected duration of 4 years. There is no gap between the graduations.
- Part-time or Correspondence degrees should not be considered; a Full-time degree is only accepted.
- Wipro elite hiring has a 3-month cooling period, so if you have attended any interview at Wipro for the past three months, then you’re not eligible for this tech recruitment.
- You must be an Indian Citizen, or if you hold any other country passport then you need a PIO or OCI card to work here.
- If you’re from Bhutan or Nepal country then you need to submit your citizenship certificates.

Designation and compensation benefits
- The Designation of Wipro elite hiring is Project Engineer.
- Salary for this role is INR 3,50,000 per annum.
- You will be provided with a flat bonus after 6 months of joining. 25K merged with the company after 12 months of bonus payout.
- There will be a yearly increment for the project engineer, depending on their performance.
- Employees provided a merger bonus on the month of 18th, 24th, and 36th months from the Date of joining at Wirpo.
Service Agreement of Wipro Elite hiring
- Yes, there will be a bond period of 12 months for this role. If you break the bond, you have to pay INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis.
Interview process of Wipro elite hiring
- Every shortlisted candidate will go through the online round which is mandatory. Below, I will provide you with details.
First Round
Totally 3 sections and the time duration will be 128 minutes to complete.
- Aptitude – You will be evaluated on Quantitative, Logical, and verbal, and the duration is 48 mins.
- Written Communication – Essay writing topics will be given to you. Duration is 20 mins.
- Programming Test – You will be given two programming questions. You can solve it in your preferred programming language.
