Expectations You Have as full stack software engineers
- Develop Code: Work on code that is efficient, tidy and with good documentation, under the supervision of more experienced team members.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to come up with new product features, get them developed and test them.
- Help sort out and fix any issues present in the software you are developing.
- Revise codes, join team check-ins and meetings and use agile processes to assist the group in achieving success.
- Help troubleshoot and solve problems for the customers.
- Continue to improve yourself by learning new things and supporting team efforts.
Your education, experiences and background for full stack software engineers
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science (full-time) or a similar field from a top university- Class 2024 onwards
- A good academic record and knowledge of important fundamentals (data structures, algorithms and OOP).
- Having Java experience and a basic idea of how web applications work.
- Being familiar with, for example, Spring, REST APIs or ORM is advantageous.
- Having a basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular is beneficial.
- The ability to reason and solve different issues carefully.
- Enjoying continuous learning, adjusting and being part of an energetic team project.
You should have good skills in both communication and working with others.
