Current Job opening Recruit CRM Hiring
RecruitCRM hiring Product management freshers to work in a product team of recruit CRM. You will collaborate work with other stakeholders like engineering, product team and business members to enhance the work improvements. You will focus on the goal of building the ultimate product by collaborating with others to increase the client’s satisfaction.
At the start, you will be considered as a trainee for the first 6 months of the period, and you will be working closing with the product team to gain knowledge. You will have a chance to move on a live projects to gain hands-on experience and learn about core product management skills. This responsibility includes first under the requirements of the clients and making an exact delivery to them.
Duration and salary Benefits
- You will be provided with 6 6-month training program about product management and where you will be working 42 hours/week as a trainee.
- You will get a stipend for the training period of around INR 12,000/month.
- Once you complete your training based on your performance, they will move you to a full-time product management opportunity at recruitCRM.
- For the Full Time position of Product management role the base salary will be INR 6,00,000 Per year.
Main Responsibilities of Product Management
- Must have deep knowledge about the Recruit CRM Product lines and Its Clients.
- Develop and maintain your own user stories for tracking your work progress and with acceptance criteria that make the requirements timely deliver to the customers.
- You should collaboratively work with engineers and other stakeholders to get work done and make product deliverables on time without any delay.
