As a software developer at Qualcomm, the employee will design and develop applications for smartphone chipsets that are based on cutting-edge technology.
- Qualcomm is looking for spirited, imaginative, and determined engineers to work in multimedia systems technologies such as Audio and Video decoders, Image refinement, and Radio Modem engineering for 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, and Self-Organizing Networks.
- Program Level SW, such as Linux, Android, Windows, and Board Support Packages.
- IOT engineering, for associated Cameras, Smart agents, Drones, Virtual Reality, and Augmented Reality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Building real-time embedded applications and gadget drivers.
- Mobile Software development for Windows Mobile, Android, or Linux.
- Excellent understanding of Operating System concepts, Records structures, etc.
- Should know C/C++ and object-oriented design.
- Radio network standards such as CDMA, GSM, UMTS, or LTE
- Linux, UNIX, Linux Drivers, Linux Kernel Building.
- Protocols such as TCP/UDP/IP/SIP/RTP, etc.
- Multimedia technologies, including Audio, Video, and Imaging.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work in teams.
- Should have both verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications
