Opportunity for Business Analytics Associate
- Take the lead in audience analytics projects, creating strong user personas and designing a superior audience insights system.
- Be in collaboration with the client for the entire audience analytics cycle, beginning at the point of gathering the requirement until the roll out of the campaign and results measurement.
- Work very closely with internal PayU teams, such as Business and Technology, to craft and implement the best strategies.
- Experience with outstanding projects that make use of the latest technology in a big data ecosystem.
- Help create AI/ML initiatives that empower PayU merchants to make better sense of what online users do, which will lead to better customer acquisition and management efforts.

There are the following qualifications are required for flourishing in this position:
- A degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a quantitative discipline from, reputable institution, and a Bachelor’s/Master’s level.
- Preferably should have between 0 and 2 years of experience in the field of analytics.
- Industry experience in the extraction of valuable insights and the designing of machine learning products with R/Python and skills in SQL.
- Should have both technical and practical experience in the delivery of projects.
- Identify clear and simple communication as well as a constant dedication to creating results that help your clients/customers.
- Quality problem- resolution coupled with a firm background in analyzing and deploying complex data models.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Achieving effective results in contexts of high-paced timelines and the multitude of tasks for performance.
- The person who is high in energy and likes challenges and who sees the glass half full.
- A firm believer in sharing knowledge and expertise, a strong team player must be.
