CBS Engagement Support – Analyst

The technical division of Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited operates in India.

The role suits individuals who both have good learning abilities and genuine enjoyment in helping clients achieve remarkable support outcomes. Your main task involves answering practitioner questions and helping to establish new engagements after consulting with professionals in a timely and professional manner. The role requires you to help advisory practitioners across the nation with WBS creation.

Work you’ll do: Job opportunities in Deloitte

  • The employee will receive assigned requests to create WBS and validate requirements according to specified criteria.
  • Seek the right approvals from Finance and the essential teams to initiate WBS creation
  • You must update status reports, which require daily modifications.
  • Maintain high accuracy in data entry as well as maintain effectiveness under time constraints to prioritize outstanding tasks.
  • The employee must build connections across different organizational departments and handle situations at all levels.
  • Graduate from any background (BA/B.com/BSC)
  • Experience as a support staff member involving clients outside of India should span from 6 months to 2 years.
  • The employee will need to maintain high-speed performance while delivering high-quality work that meets all client requirements for both quality and timing needs.

Work location & shift timings: Job opportunities in Deloitte

  • Hyderabad office
  • Hybrid model (work from the Deloitte office minimum of two days or more per week)
  • 2 pm to 11 pm shift Monday to Friday
