Job Description for Process Executive

Infosys BPM Process Executive is accountable for dealing with day-to-day operations in a given process, ensuring that processes are adhered to, knowledge can be put to use accordingly, and interaction with stakeholders is realized. They can work in a 24/7 setup, especially US working hours, and are known to be flexible in changing dynamic environments and shifts.

Key Responsibilities of Process Executive

Day-to-day operations: Manage regular tasks and activities within a particular process.
Process Knowledge: Adopt the right use of process knowledge and best practices.
Communication: Have effective communication with internal and external clients.
Adherence to standards: Adhere to policies, procedures, and those of the supervisor.
Customer service: Provide first-level resolutions to customers.
Problem solving: Find problems within the process and solve them.
Being able to be professional and polite with the customers all the time
Fantastic English verbal and written communication skills. The ability to take on multiple things and work on a large volume, yet still be precise.
Stick to company/client processes effectively and quickly. Excellent organisational skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels.

Shifts: Night/ Rotational/ Day Shifts.

Salary
