Description and guidelines – Software Automation Tester
- No more than 1 year working in Testing and Automation
- A QA Tester should know about the SDLC, types of testing, QA processes, and principles.
- Ability to write test cases according to the requirements and execute each case​
- Understanding of testing tools, testing frameworks, and methods, along with defect management methods
- It’s important to be familiar with HP ALM, JIRA and GitLab as tools.
- Understanding the influence of newly implemented/changed software
- Utilize test management/defect tools (such as HP ALM, Jira, and SynapseRT)
- Working on implementation for medium to large projects
- Strong understanding of Software QA, how to manage tests, testing-related standards and issues
