Key Responsibilities:
- The IT PMO requires daily operational backing from its members.
- The job requires the maintenance of project documents and both trackers and reports.
- The employee maintains schedules and takes minutes during meetings while managing action items.
- The employee needs to modify project schedules together with timeframes while also maintaining risk tracking systems and updating status documentation.
- The role helps to maintain both standards and methodologies of project management systems.
- The project requires support for administrative functions that execute governance duties.
- The staff should track project advancement while directing critical problems to senior PMO personnel and project management leaders.
- Basic tracking of financial project data as well as resource allocation, happens through support functions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- The position requires project support experience of 0–3 years with either internship work or external professional activities.
- The candidate must possess fundamental expertise in IT project lifecycle definitions, together with an understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
