Position Summary of Analyst – Learning Operations Team

The US India office Learning Operations team is a group of professionals delivering full-cycle support for administration and backend operations and learning functions to global Deloitte Member Firms.

Work you’ll do as an Analyst – Learning Operations Team

  1. Enter data along with managing systems, and support all administrative work in the organization.
  2. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, together with the team lead.
  3. Time management, together with Accuracy and Completeness, directs the completion of all duties.
  4. The team must conduct quality inspections of tasks that will head to client submission
  5. Taking responsibility for both your designated work assignments and the entire process execution
  6. Time Management Requires Both Working Hour Optimization With Priority-Based Work Allocation
  7. The team member actively engages with Firm/Team initiatives.

Qualifications of Analyst – Learning Operations Team

  • Graduate/MBA/Post-Graduate
  • A candidate should bring between 0 to 5 years of professional experience working in a Learning/Backend Operations environment.

Skills Required

A candidate needs to demonstrate exceptional abilities in both verbal communication and written correspondence.

  • Should know email etiquette
  • The candidate needs to understand basic Excel functions, along with data reading and manipulation abilities that include sorting, removal of duplicate entries, and filtering.
  • A qualified candidate should demonstrate the capability to collaborate together with others.
  • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage their timetable and workflow responsibilities.

Preferred:

  • A basic understanding of creating Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentations should be present.
  • Knowledge about Virtual communication tools, including Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centre, MS Teams, and similar systems, will enhance your candidacy.
  • The job requires daily case/ticket management experience.
  • The candidate should demonstrate excellent interaction skills toward internal clients while also understanding their needs.

Shift timings- 2 PM-11 PM
Location-Hyderabad
