The US India office Learning Operations team is a group of professionals delivering full-cycle support for administration and backend operations and learning functions to global Deloitte Member Firms.
Work you’ll do as an Analyst – Learning Operations Team
- Enter data along with managing systems, and support all administrative work in the organization.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, together with the team lead.
- Time management, together with Accuracy and Completeness, directs the completion of all duties.
- The team must conduct quality inspections of tasks that will head to client submission
- Taking responsibility for both your designated work assignments and the entire process execution
- Time Management Requires Both Working Hour Optimization With Priority-Based Work Allocation
- The team member actively engages with Firm/Team initiatives.

Qualifications of Analyst – Learning Operations Team
- Graduate/MBA/Post-Graduate
- A candidate should bring between 0 to 5 years of professional experience working in a Learning/Backend Operations environment.
Skills Required
A candidate needs to demonstrate exceptional abilities in both verbal communication and written correspondence.
- Should know email etiquette
- The candidate needs to understand basic Excel functions, along with data reading and manipulation abilities that include sorting, removal of duplicate entries, and filtering.
- A qualified candidate should demonstrate the capability to collaborate together with others.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage their timetable and workflow responsibilities.
Preferred:
- A basic understanding of creating Microsoft Office PowerPoint presentations should be present.
- Knowledge about Virtual communication tools, including Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centre, MS Teams, and similar systems, will enhance your candidacy.
- The job requires daily case/ticket management experience.
- The candidate should demonstrate excellent interaction skills toward internal clients while also understanding their needs.
Shift timings- 2 PM-11 PM
