Role and Responsibilities
The Analyst will assist the team with implementing and supporting supply chain processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Requirements gathering: Participate in workshops alongside consultants and help identify business and functional requirements.
- System configuration: Support the configuration of D365 F&O and the execution of defined supply chain processes.
- Functional documentation: Assist in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
- Software testing: Conduct unit testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).
- User acceptance and training: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with user training.
- Data migration: Help with data migration activities and master data setup.
- Post-implementation support: Provide support after the system goes live.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should meet at least one of the following experience requirements:
- Have 0–2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Have experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations as an end user.
- Have experience with other ERP systems and be willing to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
Educational Qualifications
The listed educational backgrounds include:
- MBA in Supply Chain and Operations.
- B.E. in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- An equivalent educational background related to Supply Chain and Operations.
