Graphic Design Specialist Job Description

Graphic Design Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Design icons, illustrations, infographics, character design, and content visualization based on the needs of the clients
- Develop interactive motion graphics and video presentations using different design tools.
- Use design, typography, and color theory to come up with persuasive visuals.
- Create adaptations by using various media systems and social media.
- Work with groups to present and discuss the ideas of design.
- Follow the trends of design, read blogs and sites of online communities of creators, and use social networks.
- Operate with programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Adobe Creative Suite, MS PowerPoint, and Word.
Skills and Qualifications for a Graphic Design Specialist
- Competent knowledge of the concept of designing and the usage of digital media.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other programs of design.
- High level of English skills (speaking and writing).
- High level of analysis and problem solving based upon design.
- Independent and team-oriented working skills.
- Capable of adjusting and oriented to Gen AI tools
Eligibility criteria
- Fresher students who offer the Design career as the examination stream above in 2024 and 2025 batch with a four year educational degree like Bachelor in Fine Arts (BFA), Master in Fine Arts (MFA), Bachelor in Design (B.Des), Masters in Design (M.Des), Bachelor in Visual Arts (BVA), Master in Visual Arts (MVA), Viscom (4 year), Mass Communication, Master of arts (MA), Masters in science (MSc) under the computer graphics, multimedia, animation streams.
- The applicants require a consistent academic record with at least 50 percent in X, XII, diploma, UG, and PG (no arrears on rounding off 49.9 percent are permitted).
- All recruits are expected to have at least an overall average of 50 per cent in their respective degree and to have no arrears, in case they are recruited.
