- Grad- 0 Years
- Stay up to date on system updates, changes, and new info.
- Follow every work timing, roll of attendance, and leave policy. Must be available to render rotating shift services during the day.
- Make sure all CGIs and the clients’ IS/IT policies, code of conduct, and quality standard requirements are complied with. Help during the evaluation and screening phases of the recruitment of new employees.
- Advanced communicative mastery of both oral and written forms of English, with an unbiased accent and adequate grammar and syntax.
- Historical arrangement of technical support to a worldwide stakeholder.
- Problem analysis and solving
- Skill in typing while supporting customer interactions
- Requires openness to stress, dedication, etc, dedication to performance, and dedication to the constant progress of one’s work.
