CSG operates as the inaugural defensive measure within Capgemini Cloud & Infra Services (CIS) to handle IT infrastructure incidents and service demands by implementing the Business Intelligence framework through legacy (email and voice) and digital contact tools (chat, SSP, BOTs, etc.). CSG combines forces with other units to deliver personalized IT solutions which have predictive capabilities and are proactive and optimized for Capgemini’s CIS division worldwide customer base.

- The candidate will deliver exceptional service for phone and all other contact channels while handling diverse customer service tasks without reluctance.
- The support team follows a process that includes determining urgent cases right after ticket categorization, then tracking ticket status at each step while informing customers about their case progress.
- Business intelligence depends on ticket data, along with analysis tools alongside account best practices to provide business intelligence support to customers.
- The delivery of expected services stands as our primary commitment to our customers.
- Excellent customer interaction that starts from greeting until resolution and ends with call closure determines service quality.
- The service email retrieve function shows our ability to process email as a communication channel, in addition to our ability to cut down service handovers between SD and customers.
- Service Knowledge Management describes our system for managing customer issue resolution through the Knowledge base effectively.
- The Service Marketing initiative raises customer brand value through Capgemini service delivery, which focuses on tool usage for improved customer results.
