This team requires you to perform the following work:
- At the time of onboarding new dates, the Maintenance team will handle Deskboard updates.
- An employee record requires adjustments for all employee lifecycle changes
- MIS enables the collection of data for headcount recons, payroll processing, as well as providing assistance during the annual comp load process.
- The team member handles both scheduling and reviewing all initiation changes regarding employee start dates.
- Focusing on separation processing duties and salary continuation handling, and transfer management, together with the collection of employee loan payments and reimbursement payments from departing workers
- Team members use my help to answer payroll questions from both human resources and employees while learning standard payrolling definitions that apply to our organization.
- The position requires basic handling of tasks while strictly following established instructions and procedures, and guidelines.
- Full and Final Settlement processes for separated employees need to be processed promptly.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications of Associate Analyst – Global payroll processing companies
Required:
- Any graduate, preferably in finance
- 0 – 1 years of relevant experience or 0 – 2 years of any working experience
- Basic to advanced Excel skills
- The required candidate needs both SAP HR systems and accounting package expertise.
- In-depth experience with payroll processing activities, analysis, and management reporting
- Good understanding of business terminology, business operations, and financial policies and internal controls
- Integrity and high ethical standards, and commitment to data privacy
- The employee should handle advanced issues stemming from irregular transactions and procedural complexities while designing solutions for such circumstances.
- Working in a flexible client-centered environment that demands high pressure should be manageable for the successful candidate.
- Basic skills related to word processing and spreadsheet applications form a necessary competency for the position.
