Roles & responsibilities:

• Develop, design and maintain applications that give clarity to the way our business clients about the work we do as a team. 
• Based on the business requirements you have to design, build, test, reusable, assemble, and configure applications.
• Understand business needs that will make high performance and provide applications to those expectations.
• Working on the latest technologies and participating in the development phase of automation solutions, latest functionality and latest technologies will continue to integrate in pre-existing solutions.
• Should have ability to learn, must have Good analytical and problem-solving skills and proficient in verbal, written and communication skills
• Develop and deliver code on time without compromising the quality and regularly participate in QC peer reviews

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any year graduate until 2025 eligible for this recruitment.
• If you’re Completed BE/B.Tech: All Branches: ME/M.Tech: All Branches:MSc: All Branches; MCA: Integrated Dual Degree Program: BE + ME; BTech + MTech; BE/BTech + MS
• Only Full-time degree is eligible (Part-time, correspondence & diploma are not eligible for this recruitment).
• If you have experience more than 23 months then you’re not eligible for this recruitment. 
• No active arrears in any of your semesters during registration & onboarding.
• No gaps during the graduation, the candidate should complete a degree in the stipulated duration. 
• If you attended the accenture recruitment in the last 3 months then you’re not eligible.

Assessment Process:

Assessment 1: Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment

Duration: 40 minutes

Behavioral assessment will focus on:

• Personality
• Cognitive assessment will focus on:
• Immersive & gamified (puzzles)
• Numerical equations

Assessment 2: Technical assessment

Duration: 45 minutes

Technical assessment will focus on:

• Common Application and MS office
• Pseudocode
• Fundamentals of Networking, Security and Cloud
• Computer Science (Basic Programming Concepts)

Assessment 3: Coding assessment

Duration: 60 minutes

You will be given with 3 questions, you must be solved using any one of the following languages:

• Backend (Java, Dotnet, Python, C++, C#)
• Database  (SQL)
• Front end Technology (HTML, CSS, React.Js,Vue.JS

Assessment 4: Communication assessment

Duration: 30 minutes

• Verbal – Pronunciation, Fluency, Active Listening, Spoken English Understanding, Vocabulary, Articulation, Grammar
• Written – Etiquette, Content, Grammar

Final Round – Interview
