Minimum:  Freshers or with 2 years of experience

Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education

Job Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly, and delivering exceptional support to users. You will engage in various activities that require analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
  • Participate in Problem-Solving discussions.
  • Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
  • Engage with users to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management.
  • Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support.
  • Strong understanding of incident management processes.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and service level agreements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • Should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
  • Job Location based at the Bangalore office.
  • A 15-year full-time education is required.
