- You will work as an application support engineer and detective, delivering dynamic service by identifying and resolving errors across multiple components of highly critical systems.

- Minimum Qualification: Freshers or with 2 years of experience
- Educational Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
Job Summary:
Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with different team members to resolve the problems, researching system performance, and ensuring that all software applications are working smoothly without any errors to support business operations effectively.

- Build knowledge and support the team.
- Contribute to Problem-Solving discussions.
- Assist in process documentation and solutions to maximize team knowledge.
- Contribute to continuous learning of the latest tech, learning to stay updated on system changes and enhancements work.
Professional & Technical Expertise:
- Good to have Skills: Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Good analytical skills to identify and solve technical errors.
- Exposure to software troubleshooting techniques.
- Should have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good understanding of business and how they relate to software applications.
Additional Information:
- Should have a minimum of 0-2 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Job Location based at our Chennai office.
- A 15-year full-time education is required.
