Work the candidate will do
You will be a Payroll Specialist on the Payroll and Personnel Solutions team; the candidate will be responsible for various activities:
- Resolving payroll inquiries from employees and HR using established payroll processes and systems
- Compiling and processing one-time payments, deductions, bonuses, loans, and recruit advances
- Validating employee records through SAP reports, variance monitoring, and correction follow-up
- Coordinating payroll activities related to Social Security number corrections, direct deposit rejections, off-cycle requests, employee loans, and year-end forms
- Maintaining process documentation, supporting scheduled payroll activities, and ensuring compliance with personally identifiable information (PII) guidelines
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Basic Qualifications
Required:
- Any Degree, preferably in Finance
- Freshers or those with 2 years of experience in payroll, finance operations, or shared services support
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for records review, validation, and reporting
- Experience using SAP Human Resources (HR) systems, payroll systems, or accounting applications
- Experience supporting payroll processing, employee records validation, or management reporting
- Typing speed of 30-40 words per minute with records entry capability of 4,000 keystrokes per hour and an error rate of 5% or less
Preferred:
- Experience resolving payroll inquiries from employees or HR
- Experience processing one-time payments, deductions, bonuses, loans, or off-cycle payroll items
- Experience maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Experience working with employee records privacy or PII requirements
- Experience coordinating with HR operations or payroll support teams
