Roles and Responsibilities
Test Automation Engineer
- Figure out the application and client workflows end-to-end by analyzing application requirements, infrastructure, and real client use cases; decode these into an automation scheme and functional coverage testing for web development and web services.
- Contribute early in the Software Development Life Cycle by reviewing application requirements and blueprints to make sure the testability, recognize risk factors, and define quantifiable acknowledgment criteria coordinated with end-user journeys and service or API contracts.
- Built and managed an extensible test automation framework using Scriptwriter (web User Interface automation) with strong technology practices (reusable utilities, page/component patterns, stable selectors, test records strategy, reporting).
- Automatise difficult user workflows (smoke, regression, and high-risk business paths) by shaping practical user behavior and confirming the whole workflow across the User Interface, backend services, and record stores.
- Develop automatic endorsements for Application Programming Interface and merge them with user interface flows for true end-to-end feature coverage.
- Develop and manage executable testing plans, automation suites, and performance pipelines to run on-demand and on schedule; make sure the outcome results are visible.
Job Requirements
- Graduates with a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Software Engineering, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field can apply for this recruitment.
- Should have exposure to application quality control processes and a better understanding of web user interface testing concepts.
- Excellent knowledge in at least one of the programming or scripting languages, such as C/C++, Python, Perl, or VBScript.
- Hands-on exposure with Visual Studio, testing frameworks, MySQL or Oracle databases, and Linux commands is preferred.
- Good communication in both verbal and written English.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduates with a Master’s level degree, freshers, or related work experience can apply.
- A bachelor ’s-level degree with a minimum of 2 years of related work experience is required to apply.
