GenC – Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand the business needs, raise questions and create documents based on the requirements.
- Developing, maintaining, testing, debugging and deploying code as per the business requirement specifications
- Understand Business and the data requirements for developing test scenarios
- Should have the knowledge of Agile environment, deliverables due and follow the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Develop low level design for high level components
- Prioritize & Identify the tasks to meet deadlines on time.Â
- Take responsibility to deliver on timely and efficient manner
- Contribute as a team player for a project team in meetings and provide technical sessions to develop trustable, cost less and high-quality applications.
- Keep on upskill/reskill your profile and cross skill to scale up to new latest technologies
- Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualification
- Graduates from 2024 & 2025 batch are eligible to apply for this recruitment.
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech are eligible to apply.
- Graduate with minimum score of 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG.
- CGPA to % conversion should be followed by university norms
- Students with standing arrears are NOT eligible.
- Be ready to work from any Cognizant Job location, shift timing and any technology.
