Job Description: Team Lead – Amazon GSF Operations
It is your mandate to ensure that there are well-trained personnel and that their needs are addressed, enabling them to focus on their work. You will ensure that Amazon policies are in place and are applied fairly and consistently, including attendance tracking. This involves encouraging, training, reporting, and giving feedback on the performance conducted by associates concerning their productivity, quality, and safety as a tool for accomplishing or surpassing Amazon’s expectations.
Moreover, you will collaborate with third-party delivery providers to ensure that Amazon standards are observed according to the specified service contracts.

Role: Team Lead – Amazon Fresh Operations
In this position, your duties will include:
- Managing end-to-end operations of either a single large site or a group of small sites daily.
- Overseeing both inbound and outbound operations.
- Delivering customer-facing metrics and meeting cost-level targets, while maintaining the personal safety and morale of the people reporting to you.
- Motivating the performance of employees and designing and executing training and growth strategies for associates.
- Driving continuous improvement in delivery performance.
- Auditing the delivery station using 4M and 5S practices daily.
- Acting as Deputy Area Manager when required.
- Working in both day and night shifts as per business requirements.
