About the Junior Developer Hiring 

The Codex Student Program (CSP) is aimed at Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD students looking to gain experience and do research and development Codex project. The grant is intended to help students gain visibility into their field of interest while also allowing them to learn about standard research and development practices that should be beneficial for their continuing Learning and Career opportunities.

Responsibilities of a Junior Developer

  • Create user-engaged, developer-focused content 
  • Build simple demonstrations with explanation and code examples
  • Help with content strategy and identify topics that resonate with other developers
  • Help measure and track the impact of content initiatives
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams

Eligibility for Junior Developer Hiring

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Basic coding Knowledge, particularly in the technologies we use in Codex
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious about decentralized technologies and storage solutions
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in detail & clearly
  • Self-motivated personality and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

The Grant

The CSP is very adaptable to different levels of experience and various lengths. The following numbers are indicative only, as the final stipend may vary slightly depending on the student’s experience and the costs in different regions. For an officially enrolled PhD student, the CSP offers a stipend in the range of $2,000/month (full-time equivalent).

In addition, the CSP may offer mobility grants to attend meetings and related conferences within the scope of the internship’s research field.
