As a Technical Support engineer
Your tasks as part of the role are:
- Provide voice support to domestic and international clients via phone (Inbound and Outbound).
- Establish a relationship with customers through effective and assertive communication.
- Emphasis on customer satisfaction and first-time resolutions.
- Open up to the technical team in order to give quicker solutions to technical problems.
- Liaise with the technical content department to ensure the help module has no gaps.
- Must be ready to work night shifts.
