Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Management
- Help manage both cloud-based and on-premises systems.
- Make sure services are reliable, secure, and meet agreed standards.
- Continuously look for ways to improve how things run.
- Be part of managing updates and enhancements to systems.
Application & Cloud Support
- Monitor applications and cloud platforms to keep them running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and find effective solutions.
Project Support
- Assist with planning and tracking tech projects.
- Help coordinate tasks and timelines with different teams.
- Flag potential delays or roadblocks early on.
Low/No-Code App Development
- Use visual tools (like drag-and-drop platforms) to build apps without heavy coding.
- Customize apps to meet each client’s needs.
- Understand internal processes and suggest ways to automate them.
Quality Engineering
- Design and carry out tests to make sure the software works as expected.
- Document test results.
- Share feedback with developers to help improve products.
Who Can Apply
This role is open to non-engineering graduates and postgraduates (such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com) from any year up to 2024. A few more eligibility notes:
- You must not have any active backlogs during application or onboarding.
- Your degree should have been completed within the standard time frame (e.g., 3 years for BBA).
- You should not have participated in any Accenture hiring process in the last 3 months.
- You should have less than 24 months of full-time work experience.
- You must be legally allowed to work in India. (Citizens of Bhutan and Nepal do not need a visa; others do.)
- You should be okay working in any shift or time zone, and be willing to relocate to any Accenture office in India.
