What Would You Do?

As an Associate Software Engineer, you will:

Build, test, and maintain applications based on business requirements
Understand performance drivers and build software to meet those needs
Introduce new technology and automation into existing systems
Oversee the resolution of incidents and provide client service via voice, email, chat, or remote channels

.NET development (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC)
Test automation expertise

Testing Responsibilities:

Design and develop test cases and data
Adhere to testing standards and best practices
Conduct usability tests and prepare detailed reports
Share test findings with the development team

Eligibility Criteria:

Any B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech or MCA or MSc (CS/IT/Data Science/Computer Apps) graduates—any year of passing out up to 2024
No active backlogs during the application or onboarding process
Maximum 23 months of full-time experience
Should not have participated in Accenture’s hiring process in the past 3 months
Must have completed the degree in the standard duration (e.g., B.Tech in 4 years)
Must be an Indian citizen (Bhutan/Nepal nationals can work in India without a visa; others require a valid work visa or OCI/PIO card)

Assessment Process

Step 1: Mock Assessment (20 mins)

Mandatory system compatibility and practice test

Step 2: Cognitive and Technical Assessment (90 mins)

50 questions: English, problem-solving, abstract reasoning
40 questions: MS Office, pseudocode, networking, security, and cloud fundamentals
Results are displayed within 5–10 minutes

Step 3: Coding Assessment (45 mins)
