Job Summary: Associate in Software Development

We want to hire BE students with a specialization in Cybersecurity who wish to build a career in information security and ethical hacking. You will have the chance to tackle genuine projects in security, such as vulnerability assessments, testing for security flaws and risk analysis and get support with training and mentorship from our team.

Key Responsibilities of an Associate in Software Development

Take part in conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of software on the web and mobile devices.
Provide help in security monitoring, examining system logs and incident handling.
Play a role in making security policies, procedures and documentation better.
Team up with the development and operations departments to find and lessen security threats.
Follow the news in cybersecurity and identify new threats and updated best practices.

Required Skills for an Associate in Software Development

Having the basics of networking, firewalls, encryption and authentication clear.
Knowledge of OWASP Top 10, VAPT tools (such as Burp Suite and Nmap) as well as Linux commands is needed.
Even a basic understanding of any scripting language (such as Python, Bash or PowerShell) is helpful.
Remembering to document and communicate is very important.
Strongly interested in security, ethical hacking and solving tricky problems.

Having certain certifications (though not required) may offer you an edge.
CEH, CompTIA Security+ or any similar security certification/course are possible options.

What you will be expected to do as a manager in the future:

Cyber Security-The job is about shielding systems and apps from hackers and following all regulations. People with a background in engineering; good problem-solving ability; and attention to details.

To do well in this job, you need the following qualifications:

The batch that finished the BE program in 2024/2025 (or most recent batch).
Get involved in Cybersecurity, Information Security or any field that is closely related
An academic history with a focus on classes and projects about security.
