Job Description – Wipro Technology
Work Integrated Learning Program is a unique learning-integrated program that can give BCA and the B.Sc students a chance to have a great career at Wipro while reading for the M.Tech in a leading institution in India at Wipro’s expenses.
Eligibility criteria
- 10th Standard: Pass
- 12th Standard: Pass
- Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA or higher provided for in the University guidelines.
- Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
Qualification
- Bachelor of Computer Applications – BCA.
- 10th standard/pass with physics, biology, mathematics, and chemistry is required. Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics.
Other Criteria – Wipro Technology
- Open school or distance education is allowed only for the 10th & 12th classes.
- At the Online Assessment time, only one Backlog is permissible.
- Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs as well as the sixth semester.
- Core Mathematics is one of the subjects necessary to study in Graduation.
- Business Maths & Applied Maths will NOT be accepted as Core Mathematics for Graduation.
- Up to a maximum of 3 years of work in education gap is permitted (between 10th and graduation commencement).
- There are no Gaps allowed in Graduation. It should take 3 years from graduation to completion.
- You should be an Indian citizen or a PIO/OCI if of hold any other passport.
- The Bhutanese and Nepalese nationals are required to present their citizenship certificate.
- Candidates who had a 3-month cool-off period will be invited to the test process.
- The age of the candidate should be not least 18 years during registration.
Selection process – Wipro Technology
Each candidate eligible must take an online assessment; The following details are appended for reference.
Round 1 – Online Assessment
The online assessment (80 minutes) includes 4 sections:
- Verbal- 20 mins- 20 questions
- Analytical-20 mins-20 questions
- Quantitative – 20 Mins – 20 questions
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
- Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business discussion
Service Agreement
60 months. Please note: You will be required to pay back on a pro rata basis some of the joining bonus if you decide to leave the firm within this period.
Terms and Conditions:
Wipro’s discretion is to allow/ restrict the participation of each candidate in the recruitment process of Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP).
Conducting a Voice assessment round after clearing the online assessment, candidates will have to. Candidates cleared in the voice assessment round will be subjected to the business discussion round, and the selected candidates will receive a letter of intent (LOI). Then, LOI-accepted candidates will go through pre-skilling training. The final offer letter will be sent to those who are yet to be pre-skilled.
Registration parameters and selection process are completely at the discretion of WIPRO. Wipro is not required to disclose any information during any stage of the selection process. Wipro also retains the right to make an initial offer in case the provisionally selected candidate is not qualified under certain conditions that are prerequisites for employment. Wipro also has the right to hold a candidate responsible if he/she is adjudged to be involved in any form of illegal activity, not to mention impersonation, fraud, illegal production of documents, among others.
Individual candidates shall receive from Wipro the results of the recruitment by individual emails or other means of communication provided by the individual candidates.
