What is Marupadi (Tech Women)

It is a career restart for women candidates. this boot camp was launched by ZOHO Schools of Learning.
Through this program, ZOHO plans to start tech women’s careers again.
Marupadi was launched on 2022 Women’s Day. It has had so many overwhelming responses in the last few years.

Eligibility Criteria for Marupadi Hiring Tech Women

ZOHO does not expect any such criteria except one thing, tech women should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Software industry before this career gap.
Other than this, there are no criteria like degree, age, passed out, etc…

Courses offered in Marupadi for Tech women

Technical Writing

They focus on giving aspiring technical writers a good understanding of writing skills.
In addition to this technical writing training, they will teach you about SEO basics, Product deep dives, and marketing ideas to become better writers.
They will mainly focus on how to write technical documentation but not on technical terms that should be understood by everyone.

Software Testing

Focus on teaching basic foundations of software testing techniques in both manual and automation testing for tech women.
Teach with real-time approaches and examples with practical methods for better understanding.
The main topics include API testing, web and mobile testing, security, network, and compatibility.
Candidates will be given the choice during training to choose the testing, If You choose automation testing you will additionally trained on Selenium and Java with hands-on.

Software Development

It completely focuses on full-stack development, you will be trained in the frontend, Backend, and database.

3-month course with practical experiences.
Training will be conducted in person directly, You have to attend from the Chennai campus.

During this intern or trainee Period, the performance evaluation will happen and they will be provided with the feedback.
